Mark Kachel - Photography Agreement
This constitutes an order
for photography. It is understood that any of the photographs taken at the
wedding and reception may be used by the photographer in his portfolio on his web
page, www.mwk-photo.com or www.mwk.smugmug.com
Although
all reasonable care will be taken with the photographs taken at this wedding
and reception, photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to
deliver photographs and CDs for any reason to the return of all deposits made.
In the event that I am
unable to attend the wedding and reception due to illness or injury, I will
make all efforts to contact other photographers and photography studios that I
know to find a replacement photographer. However, your recourse is limited to
the refund of all deposits made in the case that I can not photograph your
wedding and reception and if I am unable to find a replacement photographer.
Upon acceptance of this
agreement by me, I will reserve the date and time agreed upon and will not make
any other reservations for that date and time. For this reason, all deposits
are non-refundable for any reason.

Payment of one third of the
cost of the photography is due upon acceptance of this agreement by me. I will
sign this agreement and return it to you. The balance, two thirds, is payable
at the end of the wedding and reception or when you return from your honeymoon,
whichever is more convenient for you. All checks must be payable to Mark
Kachel. All CDs, DVDs and photographs will be retained by me until all payments
have been made.
